The idea of applying psychology to your game sounds more complicated than it actually is. Let's try to convince you otherwise!

1. How you feel about yourself 2. How your opponent percieves you
Putting these together will enable you to work towards being in a very positive frame of mind about your involvement in tennis.
Building Up Your Self Image
If you feel good about yourself in general you will perform well on and off the court. This is an essential key to success in all things in life.
Remember firstly there are many ways of 'winning' - not just who ends up with most games. Its easy to get too fixated on this. at the end of the day we play tennis for fun! We need to make sure we are 'winning' in terms of working towards certain goals.
