 Programme for a six court club constructed using the Route One model and incorporating all of the required elements
TENNIS UNLIMITED COMMUNITY CLUB
Activity Programme
 
 Overall Objectives
 1. Creating an inclusive and welcoming tennis specific environment in which each participant
    will feel valued and will want to remain involved

2.
Providing a credible and sustainable development structure which will enable each
    participant to have the opportunity to ‘Start, Stay and Succeed’

3.
Providing a ‘player centred’ approach which can be flexible and responsive to differing needs
   and aspirations of each participant relative to their age, standard and level of commitment to
   the game
  
4. Developing an effective team of coaches and volunteers based around specific roles related to
   individual expertise and experience

5. Forming key partnerships with schools, agencies and the wider community

6. Delivering a programme which can attain a positive profile for the club on a local and national
    basis thus maximising attracting resource  investment from LTA / Tennis Ireland and other
    external agencies
