 | David has been active within tennis for nearly 30 years and has a specialist knowledge of Programming and Development Systems and Community Tennis provision. He has written and lectured extensively and has a reputation for adding creativity and innovation to the game. In 1998 he devised the 'Route One' Development Model which has been the framework for many successful programmes worldwide
He started the UK’s first local authority programme, the Brent Tennis Foundation in London in 1983 and went on to head award winning programmes at Alverstoke LTC in Hampshire and the Cities Tennis Programme in Liverpool based on successful inner city initiatives in the USA. Juniors Zone Editor | Justin is a former international standard junior player and an LTA PCA Coach. Formerly Surrey County Coach and Junior Director at Sutton Tennis Academy he is now Director of the Weybridge Tennis Academy, one of the most successful performance centres in South East England.
He has a reputation as a passionate motivator of young players and brings many exciting ideas on training and coaching to our team. | | | | Martin Weston
Coaching Editor | Martin is currently Director of Performance Tennis at Nottingham Tennis Centre and Loughborough University and is one of Britain's most respected top level coaches, working with world ranked junior and senior players.
Starting off at Alverstoke LTC in Hampshire, he moved to Sutton Junior Tennis Centre before being appointed as an LTA Rover Coach in the Midlands in the early 1990s. There followed a spell coaching in Sweden where he gained a valuable insight into the requirements of high level tennis. His success in his current role was recognised when he was named LTA Coach of the Year in 2006. | | | |

 | Ken is one of Britain's leading young players, climbing rapidly up the world rankings following a successful stint at Louisiana State University and now in the UK top ten. A former national junior doubles champion he also reached the last 8 at Junior Wimbledon.
Teaming up with Colin Fleming he's won 2 ATP doubles titles and broken into the World's Top 50. Now a fixture in the GB Davis Cup Squad
